A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Top 100 UK law firm known for its strong reputation and collaborative culture. This permanent role offers the chance to take on high-quality work within an established and supportive team.The Role:
- Handle a varied caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary issues, and commercial property conflicts.
- Work closely with experienced lawyers across the wider property and litigation teams.
- Contribute to the continued success of a leading national practice.
- Experienced in managing a broad range of property litigation matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to handle complex issues.
- Excellent communication and client care abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
- Strong academic background in law.
- Member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
