⚖️ Property Litigation Solicitor - Central Birmingham (Hybrid Working)Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning law firm, is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and well-respected team in Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a Legal 500 recognised practice, working alongside leading Partners and Associates.
The Role
As a key member of the litigation team, you will manage a varied caseload across property and wider disputes, including:
- Contentious landlord & tenant matters (both residential and commercial)
- Boundary and general property disputes
- TOLATA claims
- Professional negligence claims relating to property
- Support with broader commercial litigation where required
The Candidate
We are keen to hear from solicitors with 2 years' PQE+ who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in property litigation
- Strong advocacy and case management skills
