A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join a leading national firm in Manchester. Acting predominantly for small and medium-sized developers, this role is perfect for someone looking to work on a variety of plot sales and develop their career within a large, well-established real estate practice.
 
The Role
 
You will be part of a highly regarded plot sales team, managing your own caseload from start to finish, including:

• Preparing contract packs and data rooms for new developments
• Drafting contracts, transfers, and deeds of covenants
• Managing part exchange properties and resales
• Handling pre-contract enquiries and progressing files through to completion
• Liaising closely with clients, agents, and other lawyers to deliver exceptional service
• Supporting and mentoring junior fee earners if desired

You will join one of the North West's biggest commercial property teams, with over 130 fee earners and a long-standing reputation for excellence. Ranked in the Legal 500, the firm prides itself on delivering results in a friendly, jargon-free, and affable manner.
 
About You

• Prior plot sales experience is essential
• Knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
• Shared ownership experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication, client care, and organisational skills
• Ambitious and motivated to grow within a supportive, high-performing team
