You'll have some post qualification experience under your belt and you'll be able to run your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases (to include new build), transfers of equity, shared ownership and remortgages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of conveyancing issues.
- Conduct title checks, prepare and review contracts, and manage the exchange and completion process.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met in line with current legislation, SRA regulations and CQS requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using a case management system.
- Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Identify and mitigate risks in line with firm policies and procedures.
