A Subrogated Recoveries Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Subrogated Recoveries Fee Earner to join their dedicated team where you will handle high-quality recoveries work for major insurer clients in a supportive and dynamic environment.

You will manage your own caseload of subrogated recovery matters, from instruction through to conclusion acting on behalf of insurers and corporate clients to recover outlays arising from property damage claims. You will manage both pre and post litigated files.

A proven track record of handling a caseload of subrogated recovery/property damage files would be advantageous but we are also happy to consider strong general civil litigation experience. You will have knowledge of the civil procedure rules, precedent, litigation, and an ability and willingness to utilise the same to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
