An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced family lawyer to take on a senior leadership role as Head of Family with a well-regarded London practice. This is a chance to lead a thriving team, shape the department’s future, and play a key part in the firm’s continued success.
The Role
  • Lead and grow the family law team, setting strategy and direction.
  • Manage a varied caseload of complex family matters.
  • Support and develop colleagues, encouraging collaboration and high standards of client care.
  • Contribute to the firm’s profile as a trusted adviser in family law.
What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive experience in family law, including managing high-value and sensitive cases.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of developments in family law and a proactive approach to best practice.
Qualifications
  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Admission to the legal bar with a valid practising certificate.
  • Senior-level experience in family law, ideally within a reputable practice.
