Group Litigation SolicitorA Group Litigation/Actions Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and there is a competitive bonus in place.
My client is a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for pursuing high-profile, complex litigation on behalf of claimants. Due to continued growth and expansion they are seeking a talented and driven Group Litigation Solicitor to join their award winning team. You will play a key role in managing large-scale group actions, often representing thousands of clients. You will advocate for individuals whose rights have been infringed in human rights and environmental claims brought against multinational companies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling a varied caseload of complex, high-volume matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Advising clients clearly and effectively on their rights, prospects of success, and litigation strategy.
- Liaising with counsel, experts, funders, and other stakeholders in progressing group actions.
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions.
- Ensuring compliance with court timetables and procedural rules.
