Are you a newly qualified Solicitor looking to kickstart your career in commercial property? I am working with a highly successful and well-established commercial property team in central Leeds, who are looking to add an ambitious NQ Solicitor to their practice.

The role
As part of this supportive and collaborative team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial property matters, including:

• Development and investment transactions
• Refinancing and secured lending
• Landlord & tenant work
• Supporting senior colleagues on large-scale and complex projects

You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors who will provide guidance and mentoring, ensuring you continue to build strong technical and commercial skills.

About you

• Recently qualified as a Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) with a seat in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in property law
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
