An urgent requirement has become available for a Property Solicitor for a top regional law firm near Coventry which offers excellent career prospects. The firm will consider applicants who have Residential Property experience but are wanting to gain exposure in Commercial Property. Applications are invited from qualified Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives looking for an opportunity to utilise their skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £45K.
An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes the high street and high net worth individuals.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will ideally be 3 years PQE+ and manage a varied caseload that includes freehold, leasehold, Sales and Purchases and Shared Ownership from start to finish as well as gain exposure to Commercial Property.
