Are you looking to take the next step in your legal career within a supportive and ambitious team? Our client, a highly respected regional firm based in central Leeds, is seeking a Junior Employment Solicitor to join their well-established Employment team.
The Role:
You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners, gaining hands-on experience and mentoring as you manage your own mixed claimant and respondent caseload. The work is varied and engaging, spanning both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and build strong client relationships within a collaborative environment.
To Be Considered: - Recently qualified or up to 2 years’ PQE in Employment Law (applications from strong trainees will be considered).
- Strong interest in both contentious and advisory employment work.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with appropriate supervision and support.
