We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade B or equivalent) to join a highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex claimant work within a supportive, progressive environment offering true hybrid flexibility.

The Role:

• Manage your own varied caseload of clinical negligence matters.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior specialists while mentoring junior colleagues.
• Progress cases efficiently, from investigation to settlement/litigation where required.

The Candidate:

• 2-8+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in Clinical Negligence.
• Strong case management, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness with excellent client care.
• Supportive team player with mentoring ability.
