White Collar Crime & Investigations Associate

Greater London – £85,000 - £110,000

Looking for a role where you’ll be front and centre of the most high-profile investigations of our time?

This is your chance to join a leading International law firm with a true global footprint and a white-collar crime & investigations team in hyper-growth. From day one you’ll be part of a team tackling financial crime, fraud, corruption and sanctions matters that cut across borders and industries.

This is not about being a cog in a big machine. This is about stepping into a fast-expanding team at a key moment in its journey, working alongside a partner with a reputation for giving associates real responsibility, client contact, and profile-building opportunities.

What you’ll do
  • Act on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters covering white-collar crime, fraud, sanctions, and corporate investigations.
  • Work directly with regulators, enforcement bodies, and global corporates navigating high-stakes compliance issues.
  • Play a hands-on role in investigations, strategy, drafting, and advocacy prep.
  • Contribute to thought leadership – whether that’s client briefings, conferences, or published articles.
  • Build your career in one of the most topical and fast-evolving areas of the legal market.
What you’ll need
  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–3PQE).
  • Experience (or strong training seat exposure) in white-collar crime, financial regulation, sanctions, fraud, investigations, or commercial litigation.
  • A sharp academic record and ability to think commercially.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Hunger to grow in a high-performing, fast-moving environment.
Why this team?
  • Hyper-growth – the team is scaling quickly, creating opportunities to progress and shape your career early.
  • Global platform – benefit from the firm’s international presence, with matters spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.
  • Partner leadership – work under a market-recognised partner known for building teams and developing lawyers into leaders.
  • Real responsibility – associates are trusted with client contact and meaningful roles on strategy from day one.
  • Career-defining work – sanctions and financial crime are at the forefront of global business risk; you’ll be part of the team that clients turn to in critical moments.
  • Collaborative culture – ambitious, supportive, and commercial.
  • £85,000+ salary, commensurate with level of experience.

This is more than just another associate role – it’s the chance to shape your career at the heart of one of the City’s most topical and globally significant practice areas. If you’re ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to grow with a team in rapid expansion, we’d love to hear from you.
