• Manage a non-volume, varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build, freehold and leasehold matters.
• Deliver excellent client service with a personal, tailored approach.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive and approachable team.
• Benefit from hybrid working (2 days in the office).

About You:

• At least 2 years proven experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong client care skills with a professional, personable approach.
• Ability to manage files independently while working as part of a close-knit team.
