New opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer with an eye for innovation to work in an in-house environment in Manchester
  
Role: In-House Conveyancer
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £50k - £60k
  
Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing businesses, offering a flexible and fast solution to secured lending (predominantly 2nd charge)
  
The client has a strong pipeline of lending transactions so require an experienced pair of hands to assist with the retention of the conveyancing work. This is currently done by external Law firms, and will slowly be reduced as the internal capability of the function is increased
  
The Role
  
  • Design and implement the conveyancing process
  • Initially manage all aspects of the lending transaction
  • Liaise with HM Land Registry
  • Manage post completion and mitigate Risk
  • Work closely with Senior stakeholders in the business to deliver growth and progression of the function
  
To be successful you'll be an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, with demonstrable experience of the full transaction lifecycle. You'll be comfortable leading and communicating with non-legal colleagues and external stakeholders, and have a desire to ultimately grow and lead a small function
