The Role

You'll work alongside senior fee earners on a wide range of residential property matters, gaining hands-on experience in every stage of the conveyancing process, including:

• Supporting fee earners on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Conducting searches and SDLT submissions
• Managing client files from instruction to completion
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and estate agents

About You

• Minimum 6-12 months' conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong client care skills
• Ambitious and motivated - with the drive to qualify as a solicitor
