I am working with a well-established and respected law firm in the heart of Leeds, who are seeking an experienced Senior Remortgage Fee Earner to join their busy and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of remortgage matters from instruction through to completion.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of cases.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the remortgage process.
• Providing a high standard of client care and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling remortgage files independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of the remortgage process and lender requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
