Senior Associate to join its growing, friendly and supportive
property dispute litigation team.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of often complex property disputes while leading and mentoring a small team. This role is ideal for a technically strong litigator with ambition, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver pragmatic, client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Handle a diverse portfolio of property litigation matters from start to finish.
- Provide strategic advice and representation in negotiations and court proceedings.
- Supervise and develop junior team members, including solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and cost-effective strategies.
Candidate Profile - Significant experience in property dispute litigation with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex issues into practical advice.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
