A Top 100 law firm with an outstanding reputation is looking to expand its Clinical Negligence department by adding a Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE.In this role, you will join a team that specialises in high-value, complex cases, including claims related to brain injuries, orthopaedic injuries, cerebral palsy, birth injuries, and more. You'll work on significant cases, such as a client receiving a seven-figure settlement for a knee amputation resulting from orthopaedic medical negligence. Another example involves six-figure settlements for women who suffered life-altering injuries during forceps-assisted deliveries.
