Very well known high performing independent firm with office locations across the south west are looking to strengthen their Property team with the appointment of a skilled Associate or Senior Associate level qualified conveyancer.
The team is busy there is always work coming in and you can expect to find a range of property matters - including high value complex transactions which require a degree of technical expertise.
There will be a chargeable hours target but you are completely supported at all levels and there's no overworking of staff here.
The main aspect is staying organised and ability to prioritise your workload in a small but perfectly formed team !
