Commercial IP & Technology Associate

Greater London – £105,000 - £110,000

We are working with a truly global firm with a strong track record advising innovators, founders, and investors. Their Commercial, IP & Technology team is looking for a mid-level Associate to step into a practice that is both high-growth and international in scope.
  
  
What you’ll do   
  • Advise on a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, with a focus on SaaS and enterprise-level tech contracts.
  • Draft and negotiate IP licensing, data protection and brand-driven agreements for high-growth businesses and global clients.
  • Work with clients across tech, arts, design, fashion, sports, and media, as well as private capital and investor groups.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK, US, Europe and Asia, gaining cross-border exposure.
  • Be involved in cutting-edge projects, from digital innovation to regulatory challenges.
  
  
  
What you’ll need   
  • 4–5 PQE, qualified in England & Wales.
  • Strong background in commercial/IP work at a well-regarded practice.
  • Confident drafter with excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Collaborative mindset – able to work across teams and thrive in a non-hierarchical, agile environment.
  • Commercial awareness and an engaged, proactive approach.
