Are you an experienced Conveyancer who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others to grow? This is an exciting opportunity to step away from day-to-day case handling and move into a role where your expertise will help shape the next generation of Property Lawyers.
A leading legal services provider is looking for a Conveyancing Trainer to join its award-winning Learning & Development team. This position offers the chance to combine technical conveyancing knowledge with strong communication and coaching skills, making a real impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, practical training on conveyancing systems and processes (face-to-face and virtually)
- Lead induction events, supporting new starters as they begin their careers
- Design and deliver high-quality training materials that support technical development
- Coach, mentor, and guide Property Lawyers at all levels of experience
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains up-to-date and relevant
- Continuously improve training programmes based on feedback and business needs
- Maintain accurate training records and contribute to reporting via the learning management system
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload, including complex files
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in Shared Ownership and New Build matters
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels
- A genuine passion for learning, coaching, and helping others succeed
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
