A highly regarded and growing boutique practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (approx. 3–6 years PQE) to join its dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and partners while also managing their own varied caseload. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a Legal 500 firm at an exciting stage of growth, offering clear scope for career development and professional progression.

This specialist practice is recognised in leading legal directories for the quality of its work and client service. The team is known for its pragmatic and creative approach, advising on the full spectrum of private family law matters including:

• Complex financial remedy cases (often with international elements)
• High-conflict children disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Relocation cases
• Schedule 1 and cohabitation matters
• Contested probate and Inheritance Act issues

Key Responsibilities & Criteria

• 3–6 years’ PQE in private family law
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with colleagues
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Skilled in drafting, negotiation and problem-solving
• Commercial awareness, with responsibility for billing and managing cash flow
• Proactive and motivated team player, committed to minimising conflict
• Willingness to develop professional networks (e.g. Resolution, mediation/collaborative law, local groups and societies)
