Potters Bar – Salary negotiable based on experience

We have just taken on an exciting 3-month assignment with a well-established law firm in Hertfordshire. They work with clients across a wide range of services, including private individuals, small & medium-sized businesses, large companies and corporations.
 
This local firm is looking for someone to come in and handle a caseload of property litigation matters, including:

• Rent Arrears possession actions
• Accelerated possession claims
• Rent Act protected tenancies
• Assured shorthold tenancies
• Squatters actions
• Licenses
• Selective licensing for residential properties

Initially, the successful candidate will be hired on a 3-month contract, though this could be extended until the firm can find the right permanent appointment. The successful candidate should be within commuting distance of Potters Bar and be able to work in the office as part of the team. The firm is looking to get someone in as soon as possible, so don't delay if you want to be considered for this role.
