My client is a respected and forward-thinking law firm that’s looking to expand its Real Estate team with the addition of an ambitious NQ Commercial Property Solicitor.

The Role You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced commercial property team, supporting a varied caseload of real estate matters including:

• Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance and development projects
• Title due diligence and property searches
• Drafting and negotiating key documentation

You’ll be supported and mentored as you continue to build technical and client-handling skills post-qualification.

The Ideal Candidate:

• NQ Solicitor (qualified or qualifying in the next 3–6 months)
• A commercial property seat during your training contract is essential
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
• Enthusiasm to develop within the commercial property sector
