Residential Property Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – CranleighOur client, a prestigious Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy Cranleigh office.
The Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with in-depth technical expertise across a full spectrum of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
