- Handle your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with current legislation and firm procedures
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery
- Work collaboratively with the wider property and legal teams
- Qualified Solicitor
- 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and procedures
- Excellent communication, client care, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
