On behalf of a highly regarded and long-established high street law firm with offices across Buckinghamshire, we are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor looking for a long term, stable role in Buckinghamshire. You will take a lead role as the senior solicitor within the department.
The Role:
You will manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Probate and estate administration
- Estate and tax planning
- Advising on trusts and inheritance tax
- A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in private client law
- Personable, approachable, and client-focused
- Technically proficient with strong attention to detail
- Empathetic, self-motivated, and able to manage matters independently
- Confident in dealing with a broad range of private client matters
