The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Real Estate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join the growing Landlord & Tenant practice. You'll play a key role advising landlords, tenants, and property investors across a broad range of commercial property transactions, with the support of a well-structured and experienced team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting on lease renewals, lease management, rent reviews, and re-gears
  • Advising on commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Providing strategic advice on lease structuring and negotiations
  • Supporting refinancing, relocations, and asset management matters
  • Working on property elements of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations in collaboration with the Corporate team
  • Managing your own caseload while mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to the team's strategic growth and client development initiatives
About You:
  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property, ideally with a focus on landlord & tenant matters
  • Technically proficient, commercially minded, and confident managing a varied workload
  • A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills
  • Experience working directly with developers, landlords, tenants, or institutional investors
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • An existing client following is welcome but not essential
