As Head of Residential Property, you will:

• Lead and manage a small team of two experienced residential property solicitors, providing guidance, support, and strategic oversight.
• Handle a reduced but high-value caseload of complex and high-net-worth residential transactions.
• Play a key role in shaping the department’s future through leadership, innovation, and client development.
• Work closely with the wider senior leadership team as part of the firm’s succession strategy.

About You: You will ideally be:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years PQE in residential property.
• Experienced in managing or mentoring other team members.
• Comfortable handling high-value or complex property transactions.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Committed to delivering an excellent client experience and growing a high-performing team.
