Housing Management Solicitor - Birmingham - £77,000 DOE+ Bonus (up to 25%) + Benefits 
 
My client is recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK and specialise in housing management and property litigation. Their client base includes social housing providers and also act for a number of private landlords, care and support providers, private developers and investment funds. Over the past few years they have grown significantly and now have over 350 employees and partners and a growing international reach. 
 
My client is looking to bring in a Housing Solicitor 5 years+ PQE. In the role you will manage your own caseload that will include a mix of housing litigation that will include injunctions, possession claims, disrepair and non-contentious matters such as policy advice. 
 
You'll be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload while also working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters. The team is collaborative, with a genuine focus on development and progression. 
 
What's on Offer: 

• Salary: £77,000 DOE 
• Bonus: Up to 25% of salary
