Residential Property Solicitor

Bromley – Salary negotiable based on experience


A well-established, legal 500 law firm is seeking a confident and proactive Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 1 year’s PQE to join their successful and supportive team. You’ll manage your own caseload while delivering excellent client care and building strong referrer relationships, contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential property matters from instruction through to completion using the firm’s case management system.
  • Provide a high level of client service through clear communication and proactive case progression.
  • Support business development by maintaining and developing strong relationships with referrers.
  • Ensure financial control, including accurate billing, completion statements and collection of funds on account.
  • Handle accounts ledgers and ensure accurate financial management of files.
  • Supervise and support junior team members when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant risk and compliance procedures.
  • Take part in marketing initiatives in line with department and firm-wide business plans.
  • Meet or exceed billing targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the team.
  • Uphold and promote the firm’s values and brand.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Comfortable using case management systems.
  • Strong organisational and file management skills.
  • Confident, approachable, and focused on delivering excellent client care.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative and collegiate approach.
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of financial targets.
  • Keen to engage in networking and business development activities.
  • Motivated to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team.
  • Able to demonstrate behaviours aligned with the firm’s core values
