A highly regarded Top 200 law firm in London is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its thriving property team in London

The Role:
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including:
  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • New builds and shared ownership
  • Transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Lease extensions
The firm has a strong and loyal client base, offering high-quality work and support to develop your career in a friendly, collaborative environment.

About You:
  • Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ PQE)
  • Solid experience in residential property transactions
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage files independently and work to deadlines
