A highly regarded regional law firm in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Private Client to lead its well-established Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, or for a current manager seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and progressive environment.

The Role:

• Manage a varied and high-quality caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and tax planning
• Lead, support, and develop a small team of experienced private client professionals
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service
• Play a key role in the strategic development of the department
• Ensure compliance and best practice within the team

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in private client work
• Proven experience managing your own full caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership and people management skills, or a clear readiness to step into a leadership role
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• STEP membership desirable but not essential
• A supportive and friendly working environment
