Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a well-established and supportive team? I'm recruiting for a Legal Secretary to support a busy Litigation Department, working closely with a Partner, a Solicitor, and a Trainee Solicitor in our reputable West Yorkshire-based law firm.
About the Role You will play a vital role in the smooth running of the litigation department, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support. Duties include:
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- File management, including opening, closing, and archiving
- Liaising with clients, court staff, and third parties
- General administrative tasks to support the legal team
What We’re Looking For I'm seeking candidates who can hit the ground running and thrive in a busy legal environment. You must have:
- Solid experience as a legal secretary, preferably within litigation
- Excellent audio and copy typing skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a professional manner
