A highly regarded boutique family law firm in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (3-5+ PQE) to join its close-knit and supportive team. The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private family work, including complex financial matters and children disputes. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of privately funded family matters
• Advising clients on financial issues, divorce and children matters
• Participating in business development and networking
• Mentoring junior members of the team (if desired)
• Collaborating closely with other team members in a supportive, non-hierarchical environment

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law
• Solid experience in both private finance and children work
• A proactive approach to business development
• Willingness to supervise or mentor junior staff
• A personable and team-focused outlook
