A highly regarded boutique family law firm in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (3-5+ PQE) to join its close-knit and supportive team. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private family work, including complex financial matters and children disputes. From day one, they will have access to good-quality files and ongoing mentoring, with the autonomy to shape their role in line with their strengths and interests.
Key Responsibilities - Managing a caseload of privately funded family matters
- Advising clients on financial issues, divorce and children matters
- Participating in business development and networking
- Mentoring junior members of the team (if desired)
- Collaborating closely with other team members in a supportive, non-hierarchical environment
Requirements - A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law
- Solid experience in both private finance and children work
- A proactive approach to business development
- Willingness to supervise or mentor junior staff
- A personable and team-focused outlook
