Here’s one for senior employment lawyers who want high-quality work without losing balance or autonomy.
  
You’ll be joining a specialist employment team inside a larger commercial practice - the set-up gives you the resources of a major organisation, but the feel of a close-knit, boutique-style group.
  
The work is a genuine mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. Tribunal claims (defendant-side), ACAS conciliation, contracts, handbooks, and settlement agreements - plus the chance to work with some sizeable retail clients on advisory projects and training. It’s varied, hands-on and client-facing from the start.
  
The team is experienced, collaborative and commercially minded - if you like being trusted to run your own matters and build client relationships, it’s a good fit.
  
You’ll need strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment law and be confident managing a busy caseload with independence. 6/7+ PQE is the sweet spot, but more senior candidates are welcome.
