Litigation Associate - Real Estate (3-6 Years) New YorkWe are currently seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join a top tier Real Estate Boutique within their highly regarded Litigation Practice in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex litigation matters in state Supreme Court and federal courts
- Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Draft high-quality legal documents and conduct thorough legal research
- Argue motions and represent clients confidently in court
- Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and execution
- 2-6 years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate disputes
- Experience from pleadings through trial; appellate experience is a plus
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Confident oral advocate with courtroom experience
- Highly motivated and proactive; capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision
