A well-regarded and expanding legal practice in the Wilmslow area is currently seeking an experienced
Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to play a key role in the development of a brand-new conveyancing department.
This position requires full-time office attendance for the first three months, after which a
hybrid working model may be available.

Role Responsibilities: - Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting searches, and handling title investigations
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations
- Providing exceptional client service and maintaining professional standards
Candidate Requirements: - Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills
- Proficiency in using conveyancing case management systems and digital tools
Preferred Background: - Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- At least 3 years' experience handling a full range of residential transactions
