Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Bury / Hybrid Working
Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience Are you an ambitious paralegal looking to build your career in commercial property law? A respected and people-focused firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its dynamic and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced fee earners and take on a varied, hands-on role within a supportive and modern working environment.
The Role: As a valued member of the Commercial Property team, you’ll assist with transactions and play a key role in supporting fee earners across a broad range of commercial property matters. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage a small caseload under supervision, gaining invaluable exposure and experience along the way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting legal documents such as leases, contracts, and reports
- Supporting with legal research and preparing client documentation
- Managing and organising case files and electronic document systems
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and third parties on matters
- Assisting in meetings, scheduling, and general administrative duties
- Providing day-to-day support to fee earners and department heads
- Staying up to date with relevant legislation and regulatory changes
- Managing a small caseload (where appropriate and with supervision)
What We’re Looking For: - A degree or equivalent qualification, or at least 1 year’s experience in a property-focused legal role
- Solid understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Professional, discreet, and able to work to deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented individual with a commitment to high standards
- Familiarity with legal software and research tools is desirable
