This is a role for someone at 3+ PQE who is motivated and ready for their next challenge.
 
They are a highly supportive environment with an inspirational and collaborative team culture.
 
There is bags of experience within the conveyancing department, 10 people in total including 2 partners and a range of experience , both qualified and non-qualified.
 
The firm have excellent relationships established which means the conveyancing team are a real success story.
 
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity and remortgages
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
