The Role:
As a key member of the expanding Residential Property department, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide practical, concise legal advice to clients and third parties, ensuring a smooth and informed transaction process.
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents while keeping clients fully updated throughout each stage.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless client service and maximise referral opportunities.
• Take part in networking and marketing initiatives to contribute to the growth of the department and wider firm.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the firm’s case management system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

  
What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Strong ability to manage a busy, mixed caseload with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a client-focused approach.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude towards business development and teamwork.
