A leading, forward-thinking conveyancing business is seeking a
Conveyancing Team Manager to lead, support and develop a team of Property Lawyers based in central London.
The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring smooth operations, high performance, and a positive working culture. This role suits someone who enjoys coaching, driving change, and leading by example in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include: - Leading, coaching, and developing a team of conveyancers.
- Sharing expert legal knowledge to guide best practices.
- Managing workloads, performance, and quality standards.
- Handling escalations and building strong relationships with clients and third parties.
- Supporting compliance, operational efficiency, and training needs.
- Playing a key role in recruitment, PDPs, and regular team reviews.
The Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven background in people management.
- Passion for mentoring, team development, and process improvement.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
