A boutique commercial law firm in central Leeds is seeking a highly organised and proactive Litigation Legal Secretary for a new full time permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide full legal secretarial support to a Senior Partner within the litigation department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Partner
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, audio/copy typing, handling correspondence etc
- Preparing and amending legal documents and bundles
- Handling telephone calls and client enquiries professionally
- Filing, photocopying, and document management
- Liaising with courts and third parties
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within litigation
- Strong audio and copy typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A team player with a professional and positive attitude
