I’m currently working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to grow its Private Client offering with the addition of a newly qualified (NQ) or junior solicitor.
The Role: You'll be joining a busy team handling a broad range of high-quality private client matters including:
- Wills, trusts & estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax & succession planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection applications
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales – Newly Qualified up to 3 years PQE
- A seat in Private Client during training or solid post-qualification experience in the area
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- STEP qualification (or willingness to work towards it) desirable but not essential
- Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in wealth protection and succession
