An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Conveyancer to join a leading law firm on a permanent basis. Joining their growing residential property team on a part-time basis, the role has arisen due to expansion. This role is ideal for a senior-level conveyancer seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact—both on complex files and within a developing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical support and oversight on complex transactions.
• Mentor and train junior conveyancing paralegals, providing practical guidance, quality assurance, and support on best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure exceptional client service and case progression.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.

To be considered for this role, you will be:

• A qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong technical background in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrable experience managing high-value or technically complex files.
• A confident communicator with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
• Comfortable working independently with excellent time management.
