A highly regarded and well-established West London law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor with a genuine interest in private client work to build a long-term career at a firm known for its personal approach and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad range of private client matters including:
  • o Wills and estate planning
  • o Probate and estate administration
  • o Powers of attorney
  • o Trust creation and administration
• Drafting relevant legal documents and correspondence
• Managing your own caseload under supervision
• Supporting senior solicitors on complex matters
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor
• Completed at least one seat in Private Client during training contract
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A client-focused and empathetic approach
• Willingness to learn and grow within the department
