Due to continued growth and success, I am delighted to be supporting a highly regarded multi service firm in Huddersfield with their recruitment for a commercial litigation solicitor.

The firm has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services across a broad client base. .

You will be handling a varied and high-quality caseload of complex and challenging disputes, across corporate disputes, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation and more general litigious matters.

You will work with a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing practical, strategic advice and representing them in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

To be considered for the role you must:-

• Be a qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE, but all levels considered)
• Proven experience in commercial litigation
• Strong knowledge of corporate and shareholder disputes
• Commercially astute with a client-focused approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
