The Role:
You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build and shared ownership transactions
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ plus)
- Solid experience running your own caseload of residential property matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
