Location: Bury / Hybrid

The Opportunity:
A well-established law firm in Bury is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property offering with the addition of an experienced and capable Fee Earner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a reputable and growing team, delivering high-quality legal services across a wide range of commercial property transactions.
  
The Role:
As a key member of the Commercial Property department, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and general asset management.
• Advising on secured lending and property finance transactions.
• Acting for a broad client base, including SMEs, developers, landlords, and investors.
• Running matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and associated legal documentation.
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting team members and working collaboratively across departments when needed.

  
What We’re Looking For:

• A Fee Earner with solid experience in commercial property, ideally 3+ years managing files independently.
• Confident handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Technically strong with good knowledge of property law and associated finance matters.
• Strong client care and communication skills, with a professional and commercial approach.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Business development experience or interest would be a plus.
