This is a superb opportunity for a qualified solicitor , legal executive or licenced conveyancer to join a very busy property team who are looking to strengthen.
Ideally you'll have upwards of 2 years PQE and be happy to support a vastly experienced had of department.
The work is there and plentiful and it requires a safe pair of hands to get involved from day one, to run your own caseload and manage all aspects of residential property such as buying, selling, re-mortgaging, development work and new build matters. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with your team mates. You will be able to use case management systems and attention to detail will be of paramount importance to you.
